I came away from Sacred Vitality genuinely impressed.
On 3 October, we took xHeal to the Royal Society of Medicine in London for Sacred Vitality, the longevity conference organised by Levitas Group. The setting was special. The people made the day.
We gave around 80 demos during the event, showing both the xHeal mobile app and Provider Workspace. The interest was incredible, and the feedback was more than great.
But the number only tells part of the story. What stayed with me was the chance to meet so many people working on health from different perspectives, and to put what we are building in front of them.
The People Made the Event
Some events leave you remembering the venue. Others leave you remembering the people. Sacred Vitality gave me both.
It was a pleasure to meet the whole Levitas Clinic team and spend time with people from BIOGENA, Youth & Earth, London Nootropics, and more.
It was also a pleasure to meet Brent Bruning, founder of The Power in Your Hands and one of the event’s speakers.
These were very different brands and teams, brought together by an interest in health, wellbeing and longevity. That mix made the event especially interesting to me. We were not spending the day only with other software founders. We were meeting the people building products, running practices and working with clients.
Thank you to everyone who stopped to talk with us, tried xHeal, and shared their feedback. Those exchanges were the best part of the day.

Around 80 Demos, Across Both Sides of xHeal
The interest in Provider Workspace and the mobile app was incredible. We kept showing both throughout the day and finished with around 80 demos.
The mobile app brings health records, wearable data and daily notes together. A person can look back through their history, ask questions about the information they have, and prepare for an appointment without relying only on memory.
Provider Workspace is the practice side of that picture. It brings client history, bookings and documents into one workspace, where practitioners can review the reports, wearable trends and symptom notes a client chooses to share.
We covered the practice side in more detail when we introduced Provider Workspace. At Sacred Vitality, we had the opportunity to show it alongside the app and hear people’s reactions directly.
The feedback on both was excellent. I left encouraged by the response, and grateful that so many people gave us their time and attention during a packed event.
Another London Event, Another Chance to Listen
A few weeks earlier, we had shown xHeal at the Health Optimisation Summit. Sacred Vitality was another opportunity to take the product out of our own working environment and into a room full of people with different experiences of health and care.
That is valuable to us. We can explain a feature on a website, but showing it to someone and hearing their response is a different experience. It gives us a chance to listen as well as demonstrate.
The response to xHeal was hugely encouraging, and the event was well worth being part of.
Thank You, Sacred Vitality
Thank you to Levitas Group and the whole Levitas Clinic team for bringing everyone together at the Royal Society of Medicine.
And thank you to the people and brands we met, including BIOGENA, Youth & Earth, London Nootropics and Brent Bruning. I left London impressed by the event, energised by the conversations, and excited to keep building xHeal.
xHeal is a health companion and awareness tool. It supports care decisions and care-team collaboration. It does not diagnose, treat, prescribe, or replace medical professionals.
